ahh. i'm tired.

pacer test today. i get to do it next week because i'm lazy. amazed angela by falling asleep on my stomach on the gym floor. for those of you playing the home game--kate can fall asleep standing up.

this weekend was a blaaaaaast. went to hp premier on friday. yes.
random summary of events.
told mr. cheezum the wrong place to pick us up because i had to answer robin's phone because she was molesting some poor manga in the back of the store. got kicked out of store at 1:30 because we were the only ones in there. met micheal aka "fluffy". he made a sign for me and robin while we were playing. it said "donations welcome! these girls are hot, pay them." made ten bucks in quarters. vincey tackled some poor little kid guy on accident i think...maybe it was robin. saw kenzi and her new hubby. saw an insane amount of potter freaks, including john--who won a free book because he did an fabby job of dresing up like sirius black. realized telling me to not say "penis" really loud is not a wise choice. played with the sound books. hid robin's violin. sat outside books-a-million. squeezed into mr. cheezum's small car. we made brendan sit up front. HAHA. did a zerbert on robin's arm because she kept sticking in my face. got made fun of for giving bad directions. got home at like...3.

willy wonka movie on saturday. that is the funniest freaking movie ever. omg. mom sat with micheal. oh. my. god. that was an experience. he was actually very nice and behaved himself. she said he was a cute and nice boy. then--the insuing conversation.

mom: "micheal's a nice boy."
kate (coughs) "yeah."
mom: "he helped me carry the popcorn"
kate" yeah i saw that."
mom "how do you know him?"
kate (looks at brendan. he is staring at me) "he's a friend of robin's from summer school"
mom (silent for a moment) "so. how long have you known him?"
kate (looks at clock) "about...a day"
mom:(silent for a moment) "a day? but you hugged him."
brendan: "we met him last night."
kate: "yeah. and he's a nice guy."
mom: "a day?"
kat: "about 23 hours, if you want to get technical."
mom/beckie "but a day?"
kate "yup. he chewed my finger last night. apparently i taste of mrs. dash. the nutmeg variety."
brendan: "i think you taste--"
mom: "reaaally don't want to have this conversation."
kate: (laughs) "hey. you're the one who gave him a ride home mom. and you hugged him too."
mom:"he carried the popcorn, it was the least i could do."
